TODDLER AND CAREGIVER
Co-Choreographers expands on my babywearing class to continue following families as their babies start to walk and be more mobile. This interactive class is for a mobile baby, or any child age 1 - 3 and their caregiver.
Class focuses on co-creating movement and exploring personal artistry through play.
This is not your typical mommy-and-me class.
In Co-Choreographers, toddlers and their grown-ups move beyond sing-along routines and step into the role of creative partners. Together, you’ll explore, invent, and build a dance that belongs to your group.
We begin with a playful, collaborative warm-up designed to spark imagination and connection. From there, each caregiver-child pair contributes movement ideas as we create and sequence an original group dance — shaped by tiny impulses, big personalities, and shared joy. No dance experience needed — just curiosity and a willingness to move together.
We close with a gentle cool-down and partner stretches designed to support regulation, bonding, and a soft landing back into the day.
Multiple children and caregivers are welcome with each reservation, making this a flexible and welcoming space for families of all shapes and sizes.
